We successfully completed the server backup and relocation project for Hin Leong, ensuring the safety and continuity of their IT systems during the process.
The tasks completed include:
- Performed onsite and remote services to create backup images of all critical servers, safeguarding data and configurations.
- Duplicated backup images onto external HDDs as an additional precautionary measure to ensure data redundancy and security.
- Relocated all servers to the new location, carefully reassembling and connecting them in their designated setup.
- Booted up servers and validated connections and access, ensuring all systems were fully operational and accessible after relocation.
This project provided Hin Leong with a secure and seamless transition of their server infrastructure, maintaining system integrity and minimizing downtime.
