We successfully managed the office relocation and Microsoft 365 configuration for Icaza, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced productivity in their new workspace.
The tasks completed include:
- Dismantled, packed, and relocated IT infrastructure, including workstations, network equipment, and peripherals, to the new office.
- Reinstalled and set up IT systems, including computers, printers, and phones, in the new location.
- Set up and configured network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and access points, to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Created and configured Microsoft 365 accounts, including user creation, mailbox setup, and license assignment.
- Deployed and customized SharePoint for efficient document management and team collaboration.
- Integrated Microsoft Teams to enable streamlined communication and teamwork.
- Tested all systems and provided user training, ensuring smooth adoption of Microsoft 365 services and domain functionality.
