We successfully completed the office IT setup for Ovata, ensuring a fully operational and organized IT environment.
The tasks completed include:
- Coordinated with various vendors and the ISP to facilitate the seamless setup of office infrastructure and internet services.
- Installed and managed office network cabling, ensuring reliable connectivity across all workstations and devices.
- Organized and optimized the server rack, ensuring all equipment was securely installed and properly connected.
- Collaborated with the HK team to configure network switches and the FortiGate firewall, aligning with Ovata’s IT policies and security requirements.
- Tested and validated all systems, ensuring the IT infrastructure was fully functional and ready for use.
