We successfully configured DNS and integrated Barracuda Email Security for UIT, enhancing their email security by implementing advanced screening measures before delivering emails to Microsoft 365.
The tasks completed include:
- Configured DNS settings to route all incoming and outgoing emails through the Barracuda Email Security Gateway.
- Set up email flow rules to ensure all emails are screened for spam, malware, and phishing attempts before being delivered to Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
- Conducted a detailed testing phase to ensure accurate email routing, proper filtration, and seamless delivery to the end users.
- Optimized and fine-tuned Barracuda Email Security settings to align with UIC’s organizational security requirements.
- Documented the configuration.
