We successfully implemented and configured the Microsoft 365 platform for WS, ensuring a seamless transition to a modern, secure, and efficient cloud-based workplace solution.
The tasks completed include:
Microsoft 365 Setup and Configuration:
- Configured DNS records to enable and integrate the Microsoft 365 platform with the organization’s domain.
- Set up and optimized Microsoft 365 security and compliance settings to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory standards.
- Created and configured user accounts across the M365 Admin Center, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Set up Microsoft 365 mailboxes and migrated old emails from the previous platform to ensure data continuity.
System and Application Setup:
- Installed and configured Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and OneDrive across all user devices.
- Ensured proper integration and functionality of all necessary software required for business operations.
User Training and Support:
- Provided basic user training to familiarize the team with the Microsoft 365 platform, including mailbox usage, OneDrive, and SharePoint functionalities.
- Offered guidance on best practices for using M365 tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
